Personally, I believe that 10 damage a turn doesn't cut it. You need some sort of damage modifier to bring up a threat. Otherwise, a random EX with an energy eats your deck for breakfast. I'm going to make the edits off of the assumption that you have four Shaymin-EX, although you most likely don't (I feel you bro). Also, I will be building a speed version of this deck to hopefully get a turn one. Disclaimer: Because this is a rogue deck, I'm not sure if all my edits are, well, good. Keep testing with it and see what you like. Happy playing!
-2 Wally Not needed when you have Forest of Giant Plants. -2 Skyla The build I'm going to make is going to focus on speed. Skyla isn't that much of a speedy card. -1 Professor Birch Same reason with Skyla -1 Bridgette Same reason with Skyla, However, test with this and see if you like it. -3 Vs Seeker You're locking your own items; not needed. -1 Super Rod Once again, you're locking your own items. -2 N Weird pick, but I don't this is needed.
Therefore, -10 cards. What should you add instead?
+2 Shaymin-EX Because the engine is focusing on getting a turn one item lock and turn two supporter lock, you need Shaymin-EX to set up your board as quickly as possible. +2 Battle Compressor If you run the Propagation Exeggecute (which you should), then this can get them out. It can also thin the deck, which is nice. +2 Spinrak Just to evolve to Ariados +2 Ariados This is to boost your damage output with poison. +1 Virbank City Gym Once again, boosts your damage output. +1 Red Card This brings the ultimate lock. If you play a Red Card, your opponent is stuck with four random cards that are most likely items. You'll make them dead draw while they literally can't play anything. +1 Muscle Band This is to boost damage on non-EX Pokemon. +1 Silver Bangle This is to boost damage on EX Pokemon.
Well, that's all my changes for the list. If possible, maybe take out another N for another Silver Bangle just to be safe. Good luck!
