So basically I started to mess around with Flygon Variations since the new ladder includes him. Basically, its a Stage 2 that has deluge but in attack form: Rainbow Shower-Attach as many basic energy cards as you like from your hand to your Pokémon in any way you like and the attack costs 1 colorless energy. Although we have Magnezone which is an Electric Deluge I feel that Flygon is better because of its synergy with Aegislash-EX which can be an auto-loss for some decks such as Mitotic Nightmarch and Certain Vespiquen Variants. There is also Trevenant Synergy but the only true gain for that deck is +20 damage without the use of muscle band (not that the Aegislash Variant uses it anyway.) I've actually thought about tossing in a Trevenant but than I realized the amount of energy in the deck would be way to high to make this deck remotely competitive. Sure if the deck plays right you should be Getting Flygon out second turn and be able to setup and begin attacking with Aegislash on the Third Turn.
